CB Richard Ellis has been named the top brand every year since the survey's inception in 2002. Conducted by The Lipsey Company, the survey measures how industry participants perceive commercial real estate brands. More than 20,000 professionals from REITs, institutions, lenders, commercial brokerages, and asset and property management firms participated in the survey.
