| Cementir acquires Kudsk & Dahl in Denmark Italian cement firm Cementir has acquired 100% of the Danish company Kudsk & Dahl through the Cementir subsidiary Unicon. The overall value of the transaction is equal to EUR 21 million. Kudsk & Dahl is located in southern Denmark and operates in the aggregates sector. It sells about 1,2 million metric tons of aggregates and 100 thousand cubic metres of ready-mixed concrete per year.
