| Carillion JV secures £350 million contract for Philips Support services and construction company Carillion's Netherlands joint venture has been selected for a five-year facilities management contract for Philips worth a total of £350 million for direct and managed services. The joint venture with Arcadis NL - Arcadis Aqumen facility management (AAfm) - will expand the existing Philips' portfolio to include the major proportion of the company's sites in the Netherlands, almost doubling the space under management to 1.6 million square metres, including office and production facilities.
