| Parsons selected for roadway improvements program Parsons has received a multiyear contract from the Guam Department of Public Works (DPW) to provide program management services for their Territorial Transportation Improvement Program. This program, funded primarily through the United States Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), will improve the quality of life, roadways, and safety on Guam.
