| Black & Veatch receives 2007 Concrete Design Award Black & Veatch has been awarded the 2007 Concrete Design Award from the Wisconsin Ready Mixed Concrete Association (WRMCA) for the company's design work on the Weston Unit 4 Power Plant. Unit 4 concrete design work was recognized in the industrial category by WRMCA. Wisconsin Public Service (WPS) Weston Unit 4 is a 500-megawatt generation plant that utilizes the latest in clean coal technology.
