Bouygues sees sales increase

Bouygues group's consolidated sales for 2007 amounted to 29.6 billion euros, an increase of 12% on the previous year both in France and on international markets, or 10% like-for-like and at constant exchange rates.

Bouygues Construction sales climbed by 21%, driven by buoyant activity across all its sectors throughout 2007, in France (+17%) and in particular abroad (+28%). Like-for-like and at constant exchange rates, Bouygues Construction sales were up 18%.

Bouygues Immobilier sales rose by 29% on the back of a 24% increase in the residential property business and a 47% increase in the commercial property business, which picked up following the large number of office reservations in late 2006 and 2007.

Colas sales continued to grow at a fast pace, rising by 9% overall (up 11% in France and up 7% abroad). Like-for-like and at constant exchange rates, Colas sales advanced by 7%.

TF1 reported a 4% increase in sales. Core channel advertising revenue rose by 0.6% (with a 0.9% increase in the fourth quarter of 2007) and other activities climbed by 11%.

Bouygues Telecom sales totalled 4.8 billion euros, up 6%. Sales from network gained 5% to 4.5 billion euros.
