IM Technologies wins contract for IT Tower Complex in Karachi

IM Technologies Pakistan has been awarded a contract by Karachi Development Company to construct and complete an IT Tower Complex at Hassan Square, Karachi, Pakistan. The contract sum is USD197 million (approximately RM632 million) and the contract period is 30 months.

The IT Tower Complex comprises 3 levels of basement car park facilities, a 6-storey retail and commercial podium and a 41-storey high rise IT Tower, which will also contain a call centre and a 240 rooms hotel.

IMT is a 60:40 joint venture company between IJM Investment J.A. Limited and Malpak J.A. Limited. IJMIJA, a company incorporated in Jebel Ali, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of IJM Construction Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. KDC is a wholly-owned company of City District Government Karachi, Pakistan.
