| Morgan Sindall's division starts work on office development Morgan Sindall's construction division Morgan Ashurst has started work on a £12 million contract to design and build the first phase of high quality office accommodation at Mere Grange – a new business park in St Helens – for Langtree. The contract involves the creation of 60,000 sq ft of office accommodation in seven two-storey buildings.
