| Balfour Beatty acquires GMH’S business in the US Balfour Beatty, the UK's largest construction company, has agreed to acquire the military PPP accommodation business of GMH Communities Trust, the US real estate investment trust, for a cash consideration of $350 million. GMH is a leader in the military accommodation PPP concession market, having secured 15 concessions at 42 bases.
