| Primav Ecorodovias buys Brazilian motorway concession Impregilo SpA, a Milan-based construction giant, said that its Brazilian unit, Primav Ecorodovias, has finalised an agreement for the acquisition from Argentina's Sideco group of 100% of the capital of "Rodovia das Cataratas, a Brazilian motorway concession. The acquisition is worth an overall amount of 425 million Reals (approximately 162 million euro at the current exchange rate).
