| Skanska names new president/CEO Johan Karlström has been appointed new President and Chief Executive Officer of Skanska. He will succeed Stuart Graham, who has notified the Board of his intention to step down from his position during 2008. On April 3, 2008 he will take over as President and CEO of Skanska.
