ABB wins $50-million order from Australia

Swiss engineering company ABB has won an order worth $50 million from Visy Pulp and Paper Pty. Ltd. to supply power and automation systems for a new paperboard production line at the company's Tumut mill in New South Wales, Australia.

ABB will be responsible for project management, engineering, equipment installation and commissioning, and staff training. The new paperboard line will be operational in early 2009. The order was booked in the fourth quarter of 2007.
