CEO BAM awarded Belgium's Order of Leopold II

Joop van Oosten, chairman Executive Board of Dutch engineering and construction group Royal BAM, has been invested as an officer in the Order of Leopold II by Patrick Dewael, Belgium's Home Secretary.

The Order of Leopold II was established by King Leopold II of Belgium in 1900. It is one of the three national decorations of Belgium, next to the Order of the Crown and the Order of Leopold. The Order is awarded to civilians and military for special services to the king and as a 'sign of his personal esteem'.
