| Italcementi confirms cooperation with the Italian Judicial Authorities Italy's largest cement maker, Italcementi, confirmed its full cooperation with the Italian Judicial Authorities and reiterates its non-involvement with criminal actions with reference to the precautionary measures that have affected the Managing Director of the Company and the precautionary seizure of the stock of Calcestruzzi S.p.A. In fact, pursuant to investigation conducted by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Caltanissetta, the company carried out lengthy and detailed technical evaluations which highlighted operating irregularities that were reported to the Office of the Public Prosecutor in December 2007, and caused the Company to suspend its operations in Sicily.
