| European Construction Congress Berlin EBCB at bautec As one the leading trade shows dealing with building policy and featuring discussions about current trends and topics, and as a link with the new EU member countries in Central and Eastern Europe, bautec 2008 (19 –23 February) will underline its role with an outstanding supporting programme. This event will also be bringing together numerous experts from all over Europe on the Berlin Exhibition Grounds to participate in a European building dialogue. In addition to the 2nd Central and Eastern European Contractors' Conference, which focuses in particular on the potential that exists for joint ventures on infrastructural measures in Romania and Bulgaria, the emphasis will also be on the European Construction Congress Berlin 2008 (EBCB). The key subject of the EBCB 2008 will be "The City in Transition – Tasks Facing the Building Industry".
