| FDM Group opens its first Manchester office Morley Fund Management, advised by Savills, has let space to London and Brighton-based IT service provider FDM Group, which is opening its first Manchester office at Westminster House, Portland Street. FDM Group has agreed a five-year lease with Morley on the 4,783 sq ft (444 sq m) office space. The company will pay an annual rent of £16.50 per sq ft (£178 per sq m), equating to £78,920 pa.
