| NCC buys asphalt company from Colas NCC Roads Oy is to acquire the operations of Valtatie Oy, its 50-percent owned asphalt company in Finland, from the Colas Group of France. The operations will be integrated with NCC's road operations in Finland, which will consequently become one of the larger players in the Finnish asphalt and paving market. NCC Roads Oy is involved in the entire value chain of road construction, while Valtatie Oy primarily manufactures asphalt and implements paving projects.
