| Skanska to expand British correctional facility Skanska has been awarded a contract for the design and construction of an expansion to the British HMP Dovegate training prison in Staffordshire, England. The contract amount is GBP 53 M, about SEK 680 M. The customer is Serco, operator of the facility. The project involves construction of a 260-cell housing block and a two-storey activities building, within an increased secure area. Work also includes the expansion and renovation of existing buildings as well as construction of two-five-a-side soccer fields.
