| American Insulock appoints new CEO American Insulock Inc. announced that Joel H. Borovay has been named Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Borovay replaces former CEO, Enna Keller who resigned late last month. Mr. Borovay served as the CEO of MotorWeb, Inc. an internet retailer of automotive aftermarket products from 2005-2007.
