| Vinci Park acquires Netpark in Germany French parking operator Vinci Park, a subsidiary of construction firm Vinci SA, recently acquired Netpark GmbH, a company based in Hildesheim that manages over 12,000 spaces and 25 car parks, primarily in Lower Saxony and North Rhineland-Westphalia. Netpark, founded in 2002, rapidly expanded into several German länders in the car park segment, via long-term leases and service provision contracts.
