| Shelbourne Development acquires premier offices in Dublin Shelbourne Development, a real estate development company based in Dublin, Ireland, announced its acquisition of the former Bank of America headquarters on the corner of Hume Street and St. Stephen's Green in Dublin's City Centre. The landmark Georgian building at Number 46 St. Stephen's Green, which extends to 1,594.34 sq m (17.162 sq ft), occupies a prime corner site adjacent to both the previous IIB and Barclay's Bank offices.
