| MWH acquires Dutch environmental company MWH, a global provider of environmental, engineering and construction services, announced the acquisition of the Dutch services company Syncera. The company has offices in Delft, Arnhem and Amsterdam. Its core business is environment & water consultancy and environmental engineering. Under a contract, MWH owns all Syncera shares and Syncera shareholders will be able to become shareholders of MWH.
