| NCC leases to Microsoft at Lysaker Torg in Oslo NCC Property Development has signed a five year agreement with Microsoft to lease 5,800 square meters in the office building Lysaker Torg 45 in Oslo. The property has already been sold to Aberdeen Eiendom Holding II AS. The agreement with Microsoft entails a positive earnings effect that will be recognized in the fourth quarter of 2007.
