| Poyry to design new paper mill in Portugal Poyry has been selected as main engineering consultant for Portucel's new paper mill project in Portugal. The new paper mill will be built at Portucel's existing pulp and paper mill site in Setubal. The assignment comprises complete planning services and has a value of about EUR 10 million. The new paper mill project will start immediately and commercial production is scheduled to begin by the third quarter of 2009. The paper machine will be designed to produce about 500 000 t/a office papers.
