| Atkins among top 50 'Where Women Want to Work' Atkins has for the second successive year been named among The Times Top 50 organisations 'Where Women Want to Work'. Each year the newspaper charts what the UK's most progressive organisations are doing to attract, retain and develop female talent. A recent survey commissioned by Atkins revealed that negative preconceptions about working in the built environment sector are still widespread among women, with almost one in five (17 per cent) believing there to be an unequal pay structure.
