| NCC sells properties in Malmö NCC Property Development has sold the Malmö Parkeringsljuset 1 property at Toftanäs Retail Park in eastern Malmö to Redevco Sweden AB. The divestment will take the form of the sale of a company. The transaction will generate a profit, which will be reported during the third quarter of 2007. The purchaser will gain access to the properties on September 21, 2007. At Toftanäs, NCC Property Development has developed two retail properties comprising a total of 4, 800 square meters of retail space focusing on the consumer discretionary sector. The buildings are part of the larger Toftanäs retail park area.
