| Jacobs to assist GSA Mid-Atlantic Region and the IRS The Pasadena, Calif.-based Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. received a contract from the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Mid-Atlantic Region for construction management services for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Philadelphia Consolidation Project in Pennsylvania. This lease-construct project entails the modernization of the 900,000-square-foot historic U.S. Post Office building transforming this industrial facility to a Class A office building for the IRS.
