| Zumtobel acquires Multilux in Budapest Lighting solutions specialist Zumtobel, based in Dornbirn, Austria, has acquired Multilux Kft, its former sales partner in Budapest, with effect from 1 October 2007. Zumtobel has worked with Multilux to develop its presence in the Hungarian luminaire market since the early 1990s. Managing Director of the new subsidiary – renamed Zumtobel Lighting Kft – will be Dietmar Zojer, Zumtobel Sales Director for Austria and Central and Eastern Europe. István Fodor will manage the team at the new sales and consulting centre in Budapest.
