| Bovis Lend Lease awarded A$470 million retail contract Bovis Lend Lease has been awarded the A$470 million contract for the redevelopment of The Beville Group's Top Ryde shopping centre in north west Sydney. The shopping centre contract involves the complete demolition of the existing 20,000 square metre centre to be replaced by a brand new 78,000 square metre regional centre.
