| CRH buys remaining 55 pct of Cementbouw BV CRH plc, the international building materials group, announced that it has acquired the remaining 55% of Cementbouw BV not already owned by CRH. Following this buyout, CRH's investment in the business amounts to approximately €184 million. Cementbouw reported EBITDA of €26.5 million on sales of €213 million in 2006.
