| Jacobs wins contract to support the Department of Energy Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. announced that it is part of a team receiving a Department of Energy (DOE) contract for waste disposition, facility decommissioning and demolition, and other landlord activities for the West Valley site in western New York. The contract is anticipated to run through mid-2011 and site annual funding is projected to be approximately $75 million. The team is led by the Washington Group, the incumbent contractor at West Valley for several years.
