| Bilfinger Berger acquires design specialists Peters Engineering The German construction firm Bilfinger Berger has acquired Peters Engineering, thus expanding its value-added chain in the Industrial Services division. The company is specialized in the design of plants and systems for the process industry. Peters Engineering generates €20 million in output volume with about 300 employees. Bilfinger Berger has initially acquired a majority stake of 51 percent from the management of the company. Peters Engineering provides design services for the maintenance, expansion, conversion and construction of industrial plants. The company, which is located in the German city of Ludwigs-hafen, has a leading market position in Germany.
