| HBG to construct new £90m Mann Island development in Liverpool  HBG Construction Ltd, a subsidiary of Dutch engineering and construction group Royal BAM, has been officially appointed to construct the new £90m Mann Island development in Liverpool city centre, for clients Neptune Developments and Countryside Properties. Work will start in September 2007 with full completion expected in December 2010.
