| Acceptance period over Endesa shares ends on October 1, 2007 Enel S.p.A. and Acciona, S.A. announced that the acceptance period of their joint tender offer for the entire share capital of Endesa, S.A. commenced on July 30, 2007. The announced offer price is 40.16 euros per share in cash. The offer is expected to expire on October 1, 2007.
