| HPP wins architectural workshop for Bulgaria's highest office tower  An international jury has chosen the winner of the architectural workshop for the Europe Tower in Sofia. On its meeting in Sofia the panel of experts made its decision for the architectural studio HPP (Hentrich-Petschnigg & Partner) from Düsseldorf in Germany. Six international architectural studios from Bulgaria, Austria, Germany and the UK participated in the final workshop. The international jury was composed of representatives of the investors, the municipalities and the unions of architects in Bulgaria and Germany.
