| PBS&J adds new director  J. Scott Henderson has been promoted to director of development strategy and entitlements for Florida engineering consultant PBS&J. Henderson will concentrate on his area of expertise: advising large land owners on real estate related strategies and moving development projects through the various entitlement challenges. In this new role, he will assist land developers in navigating the myriad governmental processes, from the initial stages of due diligence through to the opening day welcoming flag.Henderson has more than 32 years of experience in the management and production of land development planning projects for both public and private sectors.
