| Colas acquires company in Croatia French Colas SA, Bouygues' road-building subsidiary, signed an agreement to acquire 70% of the capital of Cesta Varaždin, on precedent conditions, including in particular approval by the merger control authority(ies). Cesta Varaždin is a company with roughly 70 million euros posted in road construction and the manufacture/sales of aggregates. Cesta Varaždin will benefit from Colas' technical and financial support to continue to develop throughout Croatia and neighboring countries.
