| JM purchases property in Stockholm JM, one of the Nordic Region's leading developers of housing and residential areas, has signed an agreement to purchase a property for building approximately 125 dwellings in Långbro Park in Stockholm. The acquired property has been part of a planning area for Långbro Park since earlier. The purchase is worth SEK 85 million. Payment and entry date will be no later than September 30, 2007.
