| Nexity key solutions French property group Nexity is creating a special platform aimed at developing a unique services offer designed to facilitate purchasers' residential paths. This services platform, which will be known as "Solutions clés Nexity" (Nexity key solutions), will be up and running next September and will provide a wide range of finance and insurance offers. The range will be gradually extended to encompass home and per sonal services, including those relating to home moving, minor maintenance and repair and home help. Solutions Clés Nexity will initially be aimed at customers of Nexity's residential real estate division and of the Century 21 France and Guy Hoquet l'Immobilier networks, which will enjoy greater commercial impetus thanks to this initiative. Nexity-Solutions is currently developing these new services to private customers, contributing to the sales drive of the Century 21 and Guy Hoquet networks.
