| Wall Homes acquires Dallas/Fort Worth Division of Newmark Homes Based in Arlington, TX, Wall Homes has completed its purchase of substantially all the assets belonging to the Dallas Division of Newmark Homes, a subsidiary of Technical Olympic USA, Inc. (TOUSA), a leading homebuilder in the United States. Assets include raw land, site developments, finished lots, and construction in progress. As a result, Wall's D/FW operations will jump from 11 active neighborhoods to 33.
