| Poyry acquires Rakennuslaskenta NHL Oy in Finland Poyry's Infrastructure & Environment business group acquires 100 per cent of the shares of Insinooritoimisto Rakennuslaskenta NHL Oy, Finland. Rakennuslaskenta NHL had sales of EUR 2 million in 2006 and its business operations are profitable. Established in 1982 and employing 23 experts, Rakennuslaskenta NHL is the oldest company in Finland specialising in quantity calculations. In addition to quantity and cost calculations the company offers building consulting and condition assessment services. The company has operations in the Turku and Helsinki economic regions and it has also experience of international projects. The acquisition strengthens Poyry's supply of services and further increases its business both domestically and in Russia and the Baltic countries.
