| Metronet reduces staff London's Metronet Rail, responsible for the renewal of two-thirds of Tube, announced a streamlining of parts of its organisation – as part of a comprehensive plan to reduce complexity in its business. Up to 290 full-time administrative and middle management positions will be affected.
