| Baker's Maher (Mike) A. Sidani honored as Civil Engineer Of The Year Michael Baker Corporation announced that Vice President and Operations Manager Maher (Mike) A. Sidani, P.E., has been named 2006 Civil Engineer of the Year by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Central Jersey Branch. This is the highest award presented annually to an individual by the ASCE and is based upon a substantial contribution to the civil engineering profession. "I am extremely proud and honored to be recognized by the ASCE for my work on the Route 52 Causeway design project, which happens to be one of the largest projects currently being undertaken by the New Jersey Department of Transportation, " commented Sidani.
