| New Management Board member at Hochtief Facility Management Georg Kürfgen (41) will join the Management Board of Hochtief Facility Management GmbH with effect from August 1, 2007. Plans are to appoint Kürfgen as Spokesman of the Management of Board of the Hochtief subsidiary as of January 1, 2008. Kürfgen last worked as Managing Director at Thyssen Krupp Xervon GmbH, a maintenance service provider for the process industry, where he also held the position of Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this last function, Kürfgen was Managing Director at Lurgi Lentjes Service GmbH and Lurgi Lentjes Bischoff GmbH which both provide industrial services in the power plant sector and produce flue gas purification systems for power stations.
