| Black & Veatch appoints new Asia region managing director Black & Veatch, a global engineering, construction and consulting company, has named Hoe Wai Cheong as Managing Director for its Asia region energy business. He will be based in Beijing, P.R., China. In his new assignment, Dr. Cheong will responsible for regional strategy, business development and energy project execution for clients.
