| Danish railway signal systems are being replaced  Signal problems in the Danish signal network – with subsequent delayed trains – has long been a hot topic in Denmark. Rail Net Denmark now faces a complete replacement of all signal systems and has chosen Ramboll Denmark as consultant on the programme section of the project. Ramboll won the comprehensive contract valued at over DKK 20 mill. in tough competition with several Danish and international consultants. The replacement of all signal systems is in terms of investment one of the largest tasks in the history of Rail Net Denmark, and it makes great demands on the finished product.
