Central Europe Meeting Point for industry players to meet

The 2nd International Real Estate Symposium & Exposition Central Europe Meeting Point, organized by Barcelona Meeting Point (BMP), took place at the Marriott Hotel in Warsaw on April 17th-19th. The organizers have set up “Central Europe Meeting Point” to foster property businesses between Western companies and professionals and the main local players from the Central and Eastern European countries. Enrique Lacalle, Chairman of the Organizing Committee, considers that the 2nd edition of the exhibition "has turned out beyond all expectations; so many Spanish companies had never before crossed our borders for an international real estate meeting".

The estimate turnover of the real estate deals carried out in the duration of CEMP 2007 indicates that "real estate deals may exceed the 415 million euros though this figure may be defined in the next few months.

El Consorcio de la Zona Franca de Barcelona currently organizes Barcelona Meeting Point, which this year celebrates its eleventh edition and will take place on November 6th – 11th, the International Logistics Show, which will be held on June 5th-8th, both of them in Barcelona.
