| Iberdrola Inmobiliaria invests in Seville Iberdrola Inmobiliaria will invest 150.3 million euros in the purchase and urban management of land for industrial and tertiary use located in the northern part of Seville. The company has already completed the purchase, with a total surface area of 971,307 sqm and a buildable surface area of 396,017 sqm. 65% will be used for industrial and storage activities and 35% for tertiary activities. The land is located in an area known as Higuerón Norte, totalling 1,153,940 m˛ and accounting for approximately 84% of the neighbourhood. This area is close to Seville city centre with excellent transport links and direct access to the Super Norte ring road. This links the port area to the A-IV motorway and the airport.
