| Robert C. Hixon, Jr. joins Hill International Hill International announced that Robert C. Hixon, Jr., has joined Hill as Senior Vice President and Director of Hill's Federal Buildings Group. In this position, Hixon will be responsible for managing Hill's Washington, DC regional project management operations as well as coordinating all of Hill's project management efforts for U.S. federal government facilities worldwide.
