| Amec sells its concrete business to Roger Bullivant Amec plc announced that it has completed the sale of the business and assets, including certain contracts, of Buchan Concrete Solutions to the Roger Bullivant Group of Companies for an undisclosed amount. Based in Byley, Cheshire, Buchan Concrete Solutions employs approximately 170 people and generated revenues of £29 million in the year ended 31 December 2006.
